Jessica Simpson in Glam Oversized Round Sunglasses

After weeks of speculation–and some pretty incriminating photos, Jessica Simpson finally let the cat out of the bag–she’s preggo! And in usual (cray-cray) form, she decided to make her big announcement on Halloween, dressed up as a mummy (get it?) for the occasion and show off her baby bump to the world. “It’s true! I am going to be a mummy!” she exclaimed on her official website Monday afternoon. Both Jessica and her fiancé, former pro football player Eric Johnson, who she began dating in May of last year, are reportedly thrilled to be expecting their first child. Can you say, “cart before the horse?” She told People.com back in November after Eric proposed, “I definitely see myself having a family with him, so that’s exciting to think about.” Jess and Eric’s bundle of joy won’t be the first grandchild for Joe and Tina Simpson, who became grandparents in November 2008 when their youngest daughter Ashlee and her ex-husband Pete Wentz gave birth to son Bronx.

To top things off, Jessica “gave birth to another baby of sorts” this week–she launched a new personalized skin care line called BeautyMint, the newest addition to her billion dollar empire.  When you think about it, the endeavor makes perfect sense, particularly since the fashion mogul has had her own acne issues over the years. “It’s a project that’s very close to my heart, and we’ve been working on it for some time,” she noted. Say what you will, but girlfriend is having all her cake and eating it too. Selena Gomez in Tom Ford Sunglasses

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber may well be deemed the cutest couple on the planet. The teen duo are constantly spotted out and about engaging in virtually endless acts of PDA (ah teen love). Just this weekend they were snapped smooching it up in a VIP box for the Winnipeg Jets vs. Carolina Hurricanes hockey game game in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada Saturday night, with both of them wearing team jerseys. Selena has concert dates through Canada all this week, and will be appearing at the Bell Centre, where the hockey game took place, on October 30.

And, as if that weren’t enough, according to People Mag, the superstar teen couple just adopted a puppy together over the weekend– a husky mix named Baylor! The pair recently stopped by D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre in Winnipeg, Canada where they fell in love with their new furry little friend.”They spent a lot of time with the puppies,” D’Arcy Johnston, the rescue’s chief executive officer, told the mag. “I was told that [Selena] was missing the dogs that she has at home.” She reportedly owns five rescue dogs. “I wasn’t expecting her to adopt a dog while she was on tour and has a busy schedule,” Johnston said. “Baylor probably would have had a bad life or a very short life, but he got rescued and brought to our shelter and is now going to live a very good life.” Baylor’s in for a good life indeed with this power couple. Jessica Simpson has become the latest A-lister to watch in terms of baby bumps … potential baby bumps, anyway. Her weight has always fluctuated, but according to all the gossipmongers, Jess recently returned the glass of champagne she was handed for the birthday toast while celebrating fiancé Eric Johnson’s 32nd. Sources also claim that she’s already experiencing pregnancy cravings.

The sexy singer and her hottie NFL player got engaged last fall, which means they’ve been waiting to the knot for almost a year now. Perhaps they’re waiting til they’re “Mom” and “Dad” to do the deed? Or maybe Jess is following in little sis Ashlee’s footsteps. Renee Zellweger made an appearance in the 90s rom-com / drama Reality Bites alongside Winona Ryder, Ethan Hawke and Ben Stiller and can also be seen in the rodeo champion bio 8 Seconds with Luke Perry, but she “had us at hello” in the 1996 blockbuster Jerry Maguire thanks to her role as Tom Cruise’s character’s love interest. After Jerry, Renee received two Academy Award nominations for Best Actress for her roles as Bridget Jones in Bridget Jones’s Diary in 2001 and Roxie Hart in 2002’s Chicago. She finally snagged that Oscar in 2003 for her Best Supporting Actress performance in Cold Mountain, which co-starred Jude Law and Nicole Kidman.

Renee slipped back into her role of Ms. Jones in 2004 for Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and despite the fact that the sequel received negative reviews from the press, it’s just been announced that a third installment of the series is in the works. Colin Firth confirmed that a script has been written for Bridget Jones 3 and says he’s eager to reprise his role as Bridget’s true love Mark Darcy. Fans get a rare look into the  fiercely private life of actress Michelle Williams in the October issue of Vogue mag. Since breaking into the biz on Dawson’s Creek,  she has transformed into a serious actress who’s been nominated for two Oscars. And like most serious actresses, she almost never talks about her family, which is centered around her daughter Matilda, 6, with the late great, Heath Ledger, who died suddenly and tragically in 2008. But she opens up in the candid Vogue interview about her life today and about the role of a lifetime, Marilyn Monroe, which she tackles in her next movie.

Michelle admits that she struggled after Heath’s death and although she’s finally moved on, the experience definitely affected her. “Three years ago, it felt like we didn’t have anything, and now my life — our life — has kind of repaired itself,” she reveals to the magazine. “[But] it’s changed how I see the world and how I interact on a daily basis…It’s become the lens through which I see life — that it’s all impermanent.” But the star also says she’s in a good place — especially since reaching a milestone 30th birthday this month.  “I don’t feel as shy or nervous or self-conscious. I have more confidence that I can handle what life brings me. I don’t feel scared to have an idea and express it,” she notes. Kris Jenner is hands-down one of the hottest moms in Hollywood. Marc Anthony has been busy in the wake of his split with Jennifer Lopez. Since the two announced thier divorce, the singer has planned a tour, which begins Friday in New Jersey, and, he launched his own clothing line for Kohl’s just last week. He and JLo had planned to debut his-and-hers lifestyle brands since the end of last year, and apparently decided to go ahead with it even after parting ways. Although Marc, 42, told “Extra” he never expected to create his own clothing line, but respected designer Tommy Hilfiger changed his mind when he rang up the singer and told him he represents a certain style. Marc admits that his ex had something to do with it, too. “I always had Jennifer as a soundboard and vice versa,” he says. The result is the Marc Anthony Collection of dress shirts, blazers, jeans, accessories, and more. Ranging in price from $28 to $225, Marc says the looks are the “perfect combination of quality, price point, and look and feel.” As Marc explains, “People don’t want cheap clothes for cheap … They want great quality clothes for cheap. Marc’s also finally addressed the juiciest break-up rumor after weeks of speculation that his split from Jen had something to do with an affair with Jada Pinkett Smith, his costar on the recently canceled HawthoRNe. When asked whether there was infidelity in his marriage, Anthony told Nightline, “No, absolutely not.” And the Smith rumor specifically? “When something like that happens, it’s laughable,” he said. “We’ve been friends for years. When In Touch Weekly published a story last week that A-lister power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were separating, the news traveled like wildfire. The couple later issued a joint statement to put the rumor to rest: “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false,” it read. “We are still together, and our marriage is intact.” (Sounds a bit contrived if you ask us.) And in an effort to support their statement, they mugged it up for the cameras in Malibu the day after the divorce rumors ran rampant, eating breakfast together and shopping like a couple of love birds. People mag quoted a witness who dished, “They were laughing and being cutesy – they seemed to be getting along just fine.” But the million dollar question was it sincere or theatrics? (afterall, they’re both spectacular actors).

But speculation that a love affair between Jada and recently single Marc Anthony–her co-star on the TV series HawthoRNe–which was just cancelled by TNT after three seasons–adds another wrinkle in the drama. A source told Us mag that although Jada and Marc may have never had a full-blown romantic affair, they had an “inappropriately close” friendship on set saying, “They were a little touchy and like they were in their own little world.” The source added that the twosome often hung out alone in his trailer, and talked and texted frequently. Paris Hilton in Tom Ford Sunglasses

Our fave heiress, Paris Hilton,  is cooking up more mega-ventures to add to her impressive empire, but way across the globe in Manila, Philippines. Last week, she embarked on a five-day visit to Manila to announce her partnership with a property and resort development company, as well as open her new boutique, Paris Hilton Handbags and Accessories, in a local mall–her fourth shop in the country. Hundreds of star-struck fans, local celebrities and journalists showed up to the ribbon cutting.  Paris signed bags bought from the store and posed for pictures with fans before rushing to catch a flight to Los Angeles. She was met by wild cheers when she told the crowd “I love you” in the local Tagalog language. She said she’ll miss Manila and plans to be back soon to open a resort-inspired residential project. “I will be back very soon ‘coz I love it here,” she said. “I’ve had the best time.”

Apparently the trip wasn’t all smooth sailing–Paris reportedly lost two mobile devices on her flight to the Philippines–both of which were never recovered.  Of course the loss didn’t leave Paris cut off— she was constantly tweeting upon her arrival in the country. Jennifer Aniston is quite the jetsetter these days! After spending time in London for the premiere of her latest comedy Horrible Bosses, she’s just been photographed having the time of her life in Hawaii with her new love and Wanderlust co-star Justin Theroux. Jen and her latest sweetie arrived via private jet just days after she threw a “farewell party” for her Beverly Hills mansion, which she sold for a reported $38 million. Considering that Justin will be hitting the Big Four-Oh on August 10, it’s easy to speculate that the island getaway is a special birthday vacation … but US magazine reports that Justin visited the island of Kauai earlier this year with Heidi Bivens, his girlfriend of 14 years, and told friends that they’d be returning in the summer. Looks like his island getaway with Jen may have originally been scheduled to be a getaway with his former flame.
