The holidays saw a plethora of celeb engagements–Justin and Jessica, Matthew and Camilla, Drew and Will. And let’s not forget Halle and Olivier. Halle may be 0 for 3, but that’s not stopping her from taking the plunge again. Let’s recap: She wed former baseball player David Justice in 1993 and divorced four years later. She then married R&B singer Eric Benet in 2001 and divorced in 2005. And she dated model Gabriel Aubry for nearly five years, with whom she has a 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, before splitting in April 2010.
Third time could be the charm for Halle in fiance and French actor Olivier Martinez. She met hunky Olivier while working on the film Dark Tide and they stepped out as a couple in fall 2010. His most memorable role would have to be that of Paul Martel in the steamy 2002 film Unfaithful opposite Diane Lane (pass the drool bib, please.). He previously dated Australian pop star Kylie Minogue for several years before splitting in 2007. A source told Us Mag Halle “had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!” Olivier proposed with an emerald-and-diamond ring from Gurhan.
