The Kardashians can definitely be accused–and found guilty of–being famous for just being famous. Their filthy richness is attributed to multiple reality shows, opening their own retail stores, endorsement deals, and red carpet appearances. But the question remains, have any one of these K-Sis’ actually REALLY ever held a real job? Well the youngest of the trio can now say “yes.”  Khloe has just signed on as Dallas’ newest radio DJ. Talk about making herself right at home in the Lone Star state after her recent re-lo when NBA hubby Lamar Odom was traded from the L.A. Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks last month. This is actually Khlo Khlo’s second radio gig–she had a short stint on a weekly Miami radio program, Khloe After Dark, a few years back while she was living in the South Florida city to shoot one of her many (you guessed it) reality shows, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. “I have some very exciting news for you,” I’m returning to radio!!!!!!,” she posted on her blog last week. “I’ll be joining the team at Mix 102.9 every day from 12-1pm CST for my very own show, The Mix Up with Khloe, and I could not be more thrilled about it!”

And no time will be wasted for her debut, she’s slated to report for duty at the Clear Channel-owned station on Monday. Now we all thought Khloe would NEVER plant any kind of roots in Dallas with her family, posse, and top-notch shopping back in L.A.  We assumed she’d be splitting her time between the two cities, popping down to Dallas when Lamar had a game. But now with an actual job she has to go to every day, we totally get her loyalty and commitment to staying by her man’s side. When Hilary Duff’s baby boy enters the world in March 2012, he’s going to have the most tricked-out nursery around. The pregnant actress/writer/fashionista recently told Us Weekly she’s been having the best time decorating her future son’s nursery and it even features cool “magnetic” wallpaper her decorator found from an English designer. “It has all of these adorable characters, so you can move them around on the wall and stuff, ” Hilary gushed. She went on to describe the characters which include flying pigs and little clouds that you can actually write on. She said, “It’s adorable…I know he won’t be able to play with that for a while, but when he’s old enough, I guess we’ll have to instill not drawing on the walls!” This will be the first child for Duff and NHL player Mike Comrie, 31, who got hitched in August 2010. She also been getting lots of baby advice. “People keep saying to me, Sleep right now. Get your sleep!”  Hilary laughed. “I keep saying, I just want the baby here! I want to play and I’m ready to see what he looks like.”

With the nursery under control, there’s just one thing left for the couple to do: decide on a name. Hilary told Us, “We have two names. Selena Gomez is a busy gal. Photos were just released from a fab photo shoot for her soon-to-be-released fragrance frolicking in a ginormous water tank in an evening gown. And, as part of the new fragrance marketing campaign, the 19-year-old starlet is letting her fans help pick out scents for her fragrance. “I’ve been working really hard and I’ve narrowed it down to a few possible notes, but I need your help in choosing the right ones,” Selena said. “You’ll get to compare several notes that I’ve selected for the top, heart and base of the perfume.” The first 100,000 participants to help Selena pick scents for her fragrance will receive a free sample of the perfume before it’s even in stores. Additionally, 10 lucky voters will win a trip to New York to help Selena pick her final scent. Now that’s a sweet contest!

Also in recent news, Selena joined the ranks of celeb tech investors like Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher, and even her main squeeze Justin Bieber by helping to fund an app called Postcard on the Run. The app lets users print and send postcards of photos from their iOS and Android devices. Selena said she found Postcard on the Run while fiddling with her iPhone on tour, and “fell in love with it.” Then she emailed the company and told them she wanted to help–to tune of participation in a $750,000 funding round for the start-up. Brody Jenner in Gucci Sunglasses

Even though the evening got off to a rather positive start with hunky Brody Jenner tweeting: “Having the best night with the love of my life @AvrilLavigne so happy right now!!”–things went horribly wrong later on. Brody and girlfriend Avril Lavigne ended up getting into a bloody brawler last weekend at Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel both sustaining some serious cuts and bruises! The Hills star (and stepbrother to Kim Kardashian) even ended up getting stitches at a local hospital following the intense feud for a large gash on his forehead, said to be from a smashed bottle after he attempted to break up a fight between Avril and another woman. (Can you say cat fight?) “I don’t fight. I don’t believe in it,” Avril tweeted after the incident. “To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool…” Not cool, indeed.

No pix surfaced of Avril after the brawl but she tweeted her injuries: “As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer.” She’s got that right–and hopefully there’s no permanent damage to Brody’s gorgeous face. Justin Bieber in Gucci Sunglasses

Justin Bieber’s song “Baby” is one of his biggest hits, but you’ve probably heard that there’s a new baby causing the teen heartthrob to make scandalous headlines. A 20-year old mother is claiming that the Biebs is her 3-month old’s baby daddy. The (former?) fan, Mariah Yeater, claims that she was taken backstage by a security guard to meet Justin, who was 16 years old at the time, at the Staples Center in L.A. after a concert. The pair supposedly got a little frisky after Justin took her someplace private. She has filed a paternity suit against him in San Diego Superior Court, asking for a paternity test and financial support if it turns out he’s the daddy.  Ironically, the baby mama could get in legal trouble if it turns out the baby is a Bieber. Since Justin was a minor at the time and Mariah was 19, she could be charged with statutory rape, a misdemeanor with punishment of up to a year in jail.

The Biebs is denying everything and trying to distance himself from the entire thing. “It’s crazy. Every night after the show I’m gone right from the stage right to the car, so it’s crazy that some people want to make such false allegations,” he said during an appearance on the NBC Today show this morning. He was there to promote his new album Under the Mistletoe and was asked about the, uh, situation. “Never met the woman. None of the allegations are true,” he emphasized. He definitely looks calm, cool and collected in these Gucci sunglasses during a romantic stroll with girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Audrina Patridge in Gucci Sunglasses

Audrina Patridge can sleep a bit easier at night. Looks like Rachel Lee, the ringleader of the so-called “Bling Ring,” a group comprised of SoCal teens that burglarized the homes of Hollywood celebs—including Audrina’s—and stole roughly $3 million in cash and belongings, was sentenced to four years in state prison. According to E! Online, Lee entered a plea of no contest last month for the February 2009 break-in of Audrina’s place, when she snatched more than $25,000 in jewelry and a designer suitcase jam-packed with Audrina’s clothes, boots, and accessories. The Bling Ring has also been accused of similar heists at Paris Hilton’s, Lindsay Lohan’s, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s pads, among others.

On a brighter note, Audrina recently updated her ‘do from blonde to brunette. She’s actually a natural blonde (kinda rare in Hollywood!) who confessed to US Weekly that she made the change because, “I miss being a brunette. Lindsay Lohan in Gucci Sunglasses

Lindsay Lohan sported a flashy new accessory this week after a judge revoked her probation: silver handcuffs. The troubled actress was taken into custody Wednesday and escorted from a hearing after Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked her probation because she was ousted from a community service assignment at a women’s shelter. “There has been violation after violation,” Sautner said. Bail was set at $100,000, which was reportedly immediately posted. A city prosecutor recommended jail time, but the judge set a Nov. 2 hearing to decide whether Lohan should serve another stint behind bars, where she has been sent a shocking four previous times only to be released early due to jail overcrowding.

This drama marked the latest legal problem for the 25-year-old Lindasy, who was given probation for a 2007 drunken driving case and a misdemeanor theft case this year. Though Lindsay’s lawyer is hopeful the court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling her community service –she had been ordered in April to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center–her record of doing so has not been convincing. According to the judge, Lindsay “blew off” nine of her appointments at the center and “showed up once and left after an hour.” She’s also been remiss in completing a court-ordered Shoplifters Anonymous course within six months as well as weekly psychological sessions. Oh what to do when your reputation here at home has taken a turn to that of a stale, less-than-serious socialite? Take it overseas, that’s what. While Paris Hilton’s star has faded here in the States, no one can deny that the 30-year-old has built quite the brand abroad. She debuted a new line of handbags and accessories at a mall in Mumbai, India, this past weekend as part of a tour of the country that lasted three days. She also recently introduced her shoe line in Istanbul, Turkey, and when asked about her business savvy during a press conference for the launch, she sounded dead-serious (for once): “For a woman today in this world to be successful, it really takes a lot of dedication and work, believing in yourself, having confidence. I get the drive from my family. Growing up in the Hilton family, I have a lot to live up to. It just runs in my blood, watching my grandfather, my great grandfather, what they’ve created, I wanted to create something of my own, so I’ve created my own brand.” Boy, has she ever!

The company Brand Concepts plans to open eight Paris Hilton stores — which will sell her handbags and accessories — throughout India by March. And it sounds like the former reality star has plenty of other big plans in the works as well. Paris recently revealed that she’s also recording a new album (really?), writing a book, producing TV shows and movies, and “getting into real estate,” in addition to designing. It’s official, Eddie Murphy is hosting the 84th annual Oscars airing February 26 on ABC. He’s played cops, pet doctors, a talking animated donkey and a “Nutty Professor,” but the 2012 Oscars gig is arguably one of his highest profile roles to date. Though Eddie, nominated for an Oscar in 2006 for his supporting role in Dreamgirls, has manned the podium for the MTV Video Music Awards in 1985 at the height of his success with Beverly Hills Cop and 48 Hours, as well as the MTV Movie Awards in 1993, the Oscars has a worldwide audience, and a notoriously tough crowd. (James Franco and Anne Hathaway were unmercifully panned for their collaborative hosting gig at last year’s ceremony). But the Saturday Night Live veteran is known for making fans laugh with his comedic chops, both outrageous and kid-friendly. “Eddie is a comedic genius, one of the greatest and most influential live performers ever,” Brett Ratner, director of this year’s ceremony, said in a statement. “With his love of movies, history of crafting unforgettable characters and his iconic performances – especially on stage – I know he will bring excitement, spontaneity and tremendous heart to the show.”

Eddie’s “quick wit and charisma will certainly serve him very well as Oscar host. His take on pulling hosting duty at the Oscars, “I am enormously honored to join the great list of past Academy Award hosts, from Hope and Carson to Crystal, Martin and Goldberg, among others,” he said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to working with Brett and Don on creating a show that is enjoyable for both the fans at home and for the audience at the Kodak Theatre, as we all come together to celebrate and recognize the great film contributions and collaborations from the past year.” Deemed “one of the most thankless jobs in Hollywood” we’re exited to see Eddie really rise to the occasion–as he does here from a stylistic sense in these flawless Gucci aviators.  –rpuccia

Pippa Middleton may not be as royal as her big sis Kate (oops, sorry, Kate’s going by Catherine these days… Duchess Catherine to be exact!) but she has captured our hearts nonetheless. Pippa was named the “Number One Society Singleton” by the UK’s Tatler magazine back in 2008, even beating out singer James Blunt. Since then, she’s been perceived as a socialite and received a large amount of media attention focusing on her social life and lifestyle. Her fame has escalated even more, particularly in the U.S., now that her sister has tied the knot with Prince William. These days Pippa works part-time for her parents’ company Party Pieces, where she edits the web magazine Party Times. It includes party tips, entertainment ideas, fun recipes, as well as interviews. Sounds appropriate, don’t you think?

Pippa briefly worked for a public relations firm promoting luxury products a few years ago, so it’s no wonder that the beautiful brunette knows how to appreciate gorgeous designer sunglasses.
