Although Naomi Campbell’s modeling career began in the 1980s, she’s still one of the most recognizable supermodels in the world. The British beauty has appeared on the catwalks of Milan and Paris, and she’s been on over 500 magazine covers–  you read that right, 500– Vogue Italia, Japanese Vogue, Elle, i-D, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview, W, Vanity Fair and GQ to name a few. She was the first black cover model for French Vogue Paris and Time magazine’s European edition, and the second black model to grace the cover of British Vogue, Vogue Nippon, and Vogue China. Some of those covers might have been a lil racy– it’s inevitable when you’re that hot– but Naomi also nude posed for Playboy and appeared in Madonna‘s 1992 book Sex.

Naomi’s been in music videos for big-name artists such as George Michael, Michael Jackson, Nelly, Jagged Edge, Jay-Z, P.Diddy, Madonna, The Notorious B.I.G., Macy Gray, Prince and Usher, and she’s released seven fragrances through her company Design House of Naomi Campbell. Oh yeah, let’s not forget movies–  she’s appeared in Girl 6 and Prisoner of Love and made cameo appearances as herself in Prêt-à-Porter and Ali G Indahouse. Way to work it, girlfriend!

Donning designer clothes and accessories is old hat when you’re used to wearing haute couture for a living, but Naomi positively glows in these enchanting Christian Dior sunglasses. The shades are available in black with gray gradient lenses, havana beige with brown gradient lenses, and havana pink with brown shade gradient lenses. Strut your stuff and release your inner supermodel in a pair of these foxy shades today!

Naomi Campbell in Tom Ford Sunglasses

Naomi’s storied modeling career has made her one of the most recognized faces of a generation. During the “supermodel era” of the early ’90s, she was part of the “Big Six” along with Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and Kate Moss. She’s been described as having one of the best bodies in the business and, oh, that runway strut. Discovered at age 15 in the UK, she eventually signed with the famed Elite Model Management. She’s appeared on over 500 magazine covers and became the first black model to grace the cover of Vogue Paris. And who can forget George Michael’s  Freedom music video where she lip-synched along with Linda, Christy, and Cindy. Lately, she’s been in the news more for putting on the beat-downs (arrested several times for fits of anger and assaulting folks), rather than designer clothing at fashion week, but her legacy of fabulousness will always prevail–like her choice of these uber-glam Tom Ford shades which come in four chic frame hues including a gorgeous melange-swirl pattern in green and brown.  –rpuccia
