Lucy Hale opted for a black and white lace dress by Joy Cioci, and a sophisticated Edie Parker clutch. Although cute, there was nothing special about Hale's look. It did bring her luck, however, as the actress got the award for Crossover of the Year for Pretty Little Liars. The lucky guys of the evening were Kit Harington, who was named Actor of the Year for Game of Thrones, and Liam James – Breakthrough Performance – Male for The Way Way Back. Another honoree was Tatiana Maslany, for her Breakthrough Performance in Orphan Black.
While AnnaSophia Robb (Superstar of Tomorrow for The Carrie Diaries) looked adorable and Carrie-Bradshaw-worthy in her butterfly print Emilio Pucci dress, Awkward actress, Jillian Rose, wore a plain-looking pink ABS by Allen Schwartz dress, which was saved by cool L.A.M.B. shoes and impeccable hair and make-up. Selena Gomez showed once again that she knows what she's doing, both in her career, and in her style. She got Fan Favorite Album Award and Most Anticipated Tour Award, while wearing a classy Versace LBD with Jimmy Choo shoes.
Although not part of the age group for Young Hollywood, Alyssa Milano looked ravishing on the red carpet. The 40 year old actress wore a jumpsuit with cross cut-outs on the top and an open back, paired with neon pumps. And speaking of bright colors, the newly engaged Kelly Osbourne was also present, to collect her Style Icon award. She wore a yellow 80-s inspired dress with studded heels and a safety pin clutch.
