It appears Amanda Bynes is the latest former child star to cross over to the wild side. The 26-year-old actress–best known for headlining Nickelodeon’s The Amanda Show and co-starring with Jennie Garth on the sitcom What I Like About You was just arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in West Hollywood, California. An L.A. County Sheriff deputy reportedly stopped her at a WeHo intersection in the wee hours of the morning driving a black BMW. She was taken to jail and released on $5,000 bail mid-morning.
This wasn’t Amanda’s first brush with the law, either. Gossip Cop, which first reported this most recent arrest, noted that just last month she was pulled over for talking on her cell phone without using a hands-free device while driving, then actually sped away from the police officer. TMZ also reported that its cameras caught Amanda as she “appeared to be extremely intoxicated” while getting behind the wheel as she left Hollywood hot spot Greystone Manor on St. Patrick’s Day. Will her young Hollywood madness ever end? Only time will tell, but in the meantime, she shows some serious “rocker” style chops in back shiny leggings, knee high boots and Chloe shades, which are available in three chic horn finishes–green, blond and grey. –rpuccia
