Happy Birthday, January Jones! The gorgeous blonde starlet—born on January 5, 1978— is celebrating the big Three-Four today, but you’d never know it from her youthful appearance. Here’s hoping the New Year is relaxing for the Mad Men actress, since 2011 kept her incredibly busy. In addition to starring alongside Liam Neeson and Diane Kruger in the big-screen thriller Unknown, Miss J tackled the role of Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class. Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren welcomed their second child, daughter Haven Garner Warren, into the world on August 13 but the infant is still a tiny little thing. “Haven’s so small and can’t even pick up her head but she likes to smile. She’s adorable,” 30-year-old Jess recently gushed to US Weekly. She also confessed that big sister Honor Marie is great with the baby. “Honor is just the best big sister. I guess that’s a pretty great landmark in itself,” the proud mama bragged.
During her pregnancy, Jess spent time developing The Honest Company, a business that will help new moms find eco-friendly products such as diapers. The Honest Company is tentatively slated to launch in January, but it’s been in the works for more than two years. “When I was preparing for my first child I started doing research online about how to have a safe home. I was completely shocked by how many dangerous chemicals were in so many products that I used. We were able to create a safe environment for our family but it was very, very expensive. I understand that not a lot of families have the means to buy all new items and products…but there are a lot of great eco-sites out there are helping people buy safe products,” she explained to the magazine.

Rihanna’s been through some tough stuff over the years, but these days her blood is boiling because a magazine recently referred to her as “the ultimate [N-word/B-word]” while informing readers how to dress like the popular singer. Jackie, a Dutch fashion magazine, also used the term “ghetto” to describe Rihanna’s backside, while incorrectly stating that the Barbados-born singer was from Jamaica.
According to The Washington Post, RiRi responded via Twitter. “I hope u can read english, because your magazine is a poor representation of the evolution of human rights! I find you disrespectful, and rather desperate!!” she tweeted, then stating that the magazine “[degrades] an entire race” and “[encourages] segregation” followed up by “Well with all respect, on behalf of my race, here are my two words for you… [expletive] YOU!!!”
Jackie’s editor-in-chief apologized for the blurb and claimed that it was meant to be a joke, with no malice intended, and claims that the offensive terms would no longer appear in the magazine. Either way, Rihanna’s got a right to be a little ticked off. Lady Gaga wasn’t born this way–we’re talking Rich with a capital R–but the eccentric superstar has become a multi-millionaire during her 25 years on this planet. Forbes reports that the singer/songwriter of “Just Dance” and “Poker Face” fame raked in a cool $90 million in album sales, touring, and endorsements between May 2010 and 2011. Just to put things into perspective, country cutie Taylor Swift earned an estimated $45 million while ultra-Dreamy Katy Perry made around $44 million in the same timeframe. When you look at it that way, Gaga’s definitely got it going on! Her Monsters might be Little, but they’ve got some big pocketbooks.
Her mega-hit “Born This Way” has been has been compared to Madonna’s “Express Yourself” time and time again, and critics are wondering if the Material Girl can make it in a Gaga-dominated world. Madge has signed a new deal with Interscope records and the 53-year-old’s first album since 2008’s Hard Candy is tentatively set to be released in March. It’ll definitely be interesting to see who comes out on top in 2012, but Lady Gaga looks as glamorific as ever in these modern Versace sunglasses, aqua hair, and red lips.

Chord Overstreet is best known for his role as Sam Evans on Fox’s musical hit Glee, but when producers offered him a 10-episode stint for the current third season he turned them down to pursue his own music career. Sam fanatics around the globe are rejoicing, though, because Trouty Mouth—as he was referred to throughout season two—has apparently had a change of heart. Chord returned to the show in this week’s episode—sigh!—and Sam managed to help Quinn (played by super sexy Dianna Agron) find those marbles she somehow lost in her pretty little head all while saving McKinley High’s New Directions at sectionals.
Rumor has it that Chord is set to be a recurring actor on the show for awhile, but Gleeks are hoping that he’ll be back for good. After all, his perfect combo of boyish good looks and surfer dude hair is enough to make just about anyone’s heart flutter. Kourtney Kardashian is definitely a gal who can dress to impress, and it looks like she’s passed the style gene to her son Mason. “I love dressing Mason more than dressing myself,” the 32-year-old hot mama confessed to E! during a recent interview. “It’s so much fun picking out his clothes and making outfits and giving him style. I’ll pick one item to start dressing … and then I’ll build his outfit from that,” she explained, as if she were a fashion consultant speaking about a client rather than a toddler’s mother. Miranda Kerr gave birth this past February, but you’d never have guessed it after seeing her flat and stretch mark-less stomach during Tuesday night’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Billed as “the sexiest night on television,” the annual event featured Miranda and the rest of the famed Victoria’s Secret Angels wearing some of the hottest lingerie you’ve ever seen; musical guests Maroon 5, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj; an audience full of drooling celebs; and a whole lotta glam and glitter. Oh, and let’s not forget the pink carpet! Demi Moore probably needs to change her Twitter handle. Yep, the sexy cougar known as @MrsKutcher to more than four million Twitter followers has filed for divorce from hubby Ashton Kutcher after six years of wedded bliss. The tech-savvy May/December couple—she was 43 when they tied the knot in 2005 and he was 27—seemed to be beating the odds despite their celebrity status, unusual for most Hollywood unions—Demi’s kids with ex-husband Bruce Willis even referred to Ashton as “my other dad,” and Bruce was a good friend to the happy couple. Ash and Demi were even spotted at Bruce’s vacation home earlier this month, supposedly working on their marriage. Infidelity rumors began circulating in September and Ashton denied that he had cheated on the Misses with 22-year-old Sara Leal on his six-year wedding anniversary, but Leal’s already been on the cover of US Weekly spilling her side of the story.
Yesterday Demi issued a public statement reading “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton,” asking fans to offer the privacy and compassion they would give anyone going through a similar situation. Ashton inserted his two cents by Chiming “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail.” Ouch! Courtney Love has been flying under the radar for awhile, but the 47-year-old rocker/actress has started making headlines again. Best known for being the lead singer of the 90s alternative rock band Hole and the widow of late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, she’s supposedly penning an autobiography that will “set the record straight” about her relationship with Cobain. Courney has told the media that it’s going to be a tell-all memoir published by HarperCollins and may reach stores as early as the end of 2011. Always considered a hell-raising groupie that hates being out of the limelight—in addition to Cobain, she’s been linked to actor Jim Carrey and a string of rockers including Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins—Courtney’s also getting ready to become a mother-in-law. Frances Bean Cobain, her 19-year old daughter, is engaged to her boyfriend Isaiah Silva of The Rambles after just one year of dating.
