Beyonce in Ray Ban Sunglasses

The MTV Video Music Awards are usually an eclectic event to begin with, but Beyonce managed to upstage the 28th annual VMAs with her belly during the pre-show festivities. The 29-year-old superstar revealed that she’s expecting her first child with rap sensation husband Jay-Z on the red carpet, where she wore an orange gown by French design house Lanvin. She let the rest of the world in on her secret later that night, when she hit the stage in a purple sequined D&G blazer to belt out “Love on Top.” In case you missed it, Beyonce ripped open the jacket to reveal her baby bump at the end of her performance, rubbed her belly and repeated the news she shared earlier, obviously delighting 41-year-old Jay-Z in the audience.

The event shattered Twitter’s record of the highest number of tweets sent per second: a whopping 8,868. “BEYONCE IS PREGNANT” became a huge Trending Topic on Twitter, and the world hasn’t yet recovered from the news. Beyonce looks positively glowing in these classic Ray Ban Wayfarers, and she’s sure to blossom even more as the months go by. Watch out, Brangelina—there’s a new golden child on its way.

Joe Jonas in Persol Sunglasses

The Jonas Brothers have spent the past few years dominating the teen music scene. But after selling millions of albums and winning the hearts of adolescent girls worldwide, 22-year-old Joe Jonas is all grown up and ready to break out on his own. Bubbling for quite some time now, Joe’s set to release his solo debut album, FastLife, on Oct. 11. And before he starts his gig opening for Britney Spears on the European leg of her Femme Fatale tour later this fall, the singer will be teaming up with R&B superstar Jay Sean to co-headline a 19-city tour, kicking off Sept. 6. JJ  talked to Parade.com about his new album. “It’s been really awesome to see how many people have supported me on this solo project. I’ve been doing a lot of traveling and recording over the past year… I’ve been really lucky to find some incredible people to work with and I’m really happy with the album.” Luckily, he says, the results have been fruitful and so far fans are loving the new music–even new ones are coming around who may have not listened to the Jonas Brothers before.

Joe’s also excited to head out on tour with Brit, “It is a dream come true. She’s the perfect headliner. I’ve always been a huge fan of her music.”  But what do the rest of the JoBros think of JJ’s new album? “They are loving it,” he says. They’ve been really supportive. They have their favorite songs already and it’s been really great to see what songs they are leaning towards and what they like.” Let’s face it, when it comes to Joe, what’s not to like especially in a dashing pair of Persol wayfarer-style shades, available in three frame hues.  –rpuccia

We love us some Heidi Klum and we have an insatiable appetite for her beauty and style wares. She was recently spotted being photographed on a gorgeous Cancun, Mexico, beach for print and TV ad campaigns for her new fragrance, “Shine.” Photographed by Nabil Elderkin, the beach was the perfect backdrop for the new scent. According to HK, she created her new perfume — which has feminine notes of flowers, mandarin, pear, and vanilla — to make women feel “playful, sensual, and radiant.”  And, of course, there’s her amazing figure–it’s hard to believe that the 38-year-super-model mogul has given birth to four children. Sigh…Shine by Heidi Klum will be available to the masses in September at CVS, Rite-Aid, Sears, Kohls, Kmart, and Walmart in 0.5 oz ($17), 1 oz ($28) and 1.6 oz ($35) sizes.

Speaking of her svelte bod, Heidi’s Summer Run initiative with celeb trainer David Kirsch definitely paid off. She kept a log of her incredible 36 runs (131 miles!) on her AOL lifestyle blog for all to see–and get motivated. In addition to those early morning runs, the Project Runway host has been keeping super-busy this summer. She spent last month promoting the Lifetime show’s ninth season, which premiered July 28. January Jones hails from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and she’s the daughter of a coach and a gym teacher, which doesn’t sound nearly as glamorous her current life. The Mad Men actress played the role of Betty Draper on the hit TV drama which ended in 2010, and she’s definitely become an A-Lister in Hollywood circles. She dated Ashton Kutcher for awhile when she first moved to L.A., then had a three-year relationship with Josh Groban and dated SNL star Jason Sudeikis from July 2010 until January 2011. Wow! She was nominated at the 14th Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2008, and received Golden Globe noms for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama in both 2008 and 2009. In 2010, she added Emmy nominee to her resume when she was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama.

On top of all the accolades and accomplishments her acting career has brought on, January Jones is the face of the Versace’s accessories line. She was even the inspiration behind a new collection of Versace eyewear, the appropriately-titled January J collection. According to InStyle, the line includes two sunglasses frames and one optical style, each with metal detailing on the temples in the image of Medusa. January herself can be seen modeling a pair of shades from “her” collection, the gorgeous Versace sunglasses she’s wearing above.

Megan Fox in Stylish Rectangle-Framed Eyeglasses

No one quite heats up the Web like actress Megan Fox. Her stunning looks and, well, controversial comments (which got her fired from the last Transformers movie) captivate fans. Megan’s newest antics involve her famous and plentiful body art–or removal of it, that is. She decided to nix her tattoo of iconic film legend Marilyn Monroe, which has been noticeably fading from visibility on Megan’s forearm compared to photos from a few years ago. She finally confirmed the news to Italian magazine Amica (where she graces the September cover) that she is, in fact, having the tattoo removed. Why, you ask? Megan explains in the interview, “I’m removing it. It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.” (Monroe was known to be in psychoanlaysis, and there remain many theories to the actual state of the star’s mental health.) The 24-year-old has said in the past that these same qualities inspired her to get the ink in the first place. In a 2009 Us Weekly interview, Megan said, “I really admire Marilyn Monroe, but I would never try to emulate her.” She went on say that she got the tattoo as a warning to not let herself be treated so badly by the film industry so that it breaks her down.

Even though the ink is fading on Megan’s forearm, the star has been taking on Monroe-esque curves lately. The actress also tells Amica mag she’s dumped her vegan diet, which was limited to raw fruit and vegetables, and no bread, coffee, or sugar. “Now I eat a bit of everything,” she says. Anne Hathaway in Versace Sunglasses

Anne Hathaway’s latest movie, One Day, tells the tale of two college friends who reunite each year on the anniversary of their first meeting. Anne plays a quiet wallflower who wants to become a writer while English actor Jim Sturgess, best known for Across the Universe, is a ladies’ man and famous TV host. Unfortunately for Anne, the rom-com chick flick bombed at the box office, squeaking in at ninth place its opening weekend. Anne’s told the press that the movie told the tale of “people from two different worlds who love each other in so many ways and can’t quite seem to get it together” but fans of the author’s original book One Day aren’t too thrilled with the big screen adaptation. The movie even scored 27% at Rotten Tomatoes. Poor Anne.

Then again, she’s nabbed the role of Selina Kyle—AKA Catwoman—in the latest Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises, which is currently shooting in Pittsburgh. It’s a safe bet that One Day will be forgotten once America gets a glimpse of Anne in that skintight catsuit. Anne told Chelsea Handler of Chelsea Lately that she’s been surviving on a diet of “kale and dust” to maintain her figure for the figure-hugging outfit. One thing’s for sure, she definitely looks glam as always in these Versace sunglasses. Paris Hilton in Tom Ford Sunglasses

Our fave heiress, Paris Hilton,  is cooking up more mega-ventures to add to her impressive empire, but way across the globe in Manila, Philippines. Last week, she embarked on a five-day visit to Manila to announce her partnership with a property and resort development company, as well as open her new boutique, Paris Hilton Handbags and Accessories, in a local mall–her fourth shop in the country. Hundreds of star-struck fans, local celebrities and journalists showed up to the ribbon cutting.  Paris signed bags bought from the store and posed for pictures with fans before rushing to catch a flight to Los Angeles. She was met by wild cheers when she told the crowd “I love you” in the local Tagalog language. She said she’ll miss Manila and plans to be back soon to open a resort-inspired residential project. “I will be back very soon ‘coz I love it here,” she said. “I’ve had the best time.”

Apparently the trip wasn’t all smooth sailing–Paris reportedly lost two mobile devices on her flight to the Philippines–both of which were never recovered.  Of course the loss didn’t leave Paris cut off— she was constantly tweeting upon her arrival in the country. The girl that seems to have everything–including a full suite of back-up mobile phones–keeps things “hot” in a wide-brimmed hat and gorgeous Tom Ford cat-eye shades, available in four frame hues. –rpuccia

Other than the John Hughes movies (The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink), can you think of any other ’80s teen movie more defining of the era than Footloose? There’s such fond nostalgia in picturing Kevin Bacon trapped in a small town where the high schoolers aren’t allowed to dance, his outlandish  somersaulting in a barn, and the film’s retro soundtrack featuring “Mr. Soundtrack” of the day, Kenny Loggins. Well, ready or not, the remake is on the horizon and hits theaters October 14. The movie, directed by Hustle & Flow’s Craig Brewer, appears to be a scene-by-scene remake starring the adorable Julianne Hough as Ariel Moore, newcomer and dancer Kenny Wormald as Ren MacCormack, and Dennis Quaid as the town’s stringent Rev. Shaw Moore.

Julianne and her co-star Kenny got into character by stepping (make that dancing!) in front of the lens for the September issue of Elle magazine. In a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot, the 23-year-old recalled that she had an early affiliation with the original soundtrack. “Actually my first dance on Dancing With the Stars was ‘Let’s Hear It For the Boy’ with Apolo Ohno,” Julianne says. The updated album includes many of the beloved Footloose classics sung by modern artists, from Blake Shelton on the title track to Victoria Justice on the ballad “Almost Paradise.” Here Julianne is kickin’ it in fab Chloe shades, available in four frame hues. –rpuccia

Last week Vanessa Hudgens enjoyed some retail therapy with younger sis Stella, hitting some of her favorite stores like Wasteland and Urban Outfitters. Nessa was photographed sporting some roar-worthy animal-print shorts and a pair of wedge heels, a total 180 from her usual boho style, but her clothing choices aren’t the only thing that’s changed— she recently chopped off her luscious locks. The short haircut shocked some fans, but considering it was for her role in the upcoming flick Gimme Shelter, it was all in a day’s work for this former Disney darling.

Nessa plays a pregnant teen that’s turned away by her Wall Street father, played by Brendan Frasier. She’s forced to hit the streets in order to survive because against her father’s wishes, she refuses to have an abortion. Not quite as perky as HSM, that’s for sure, but Vanessa is excited for everyone to see the film.
