When you’re as hot as Australian actor Simon Baker, you must need to carry a portable air conditioner with you wherever you go.  He’s best known for his Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated role as Patrick Jane on the CBS TV series The Mentalist. But we sure adored him as the precociously cocky Christian Thompson in The Devil Wears Prada, a magazine writer Andrea (Anne Hathaway) grows increasingly attracted to, especially after his connections help her get the unpublished manuscript for the next book in the Harry Potter series for Miranda’s twin daughters.  A People Magazine 50 Most Beautiful People alum,  he’s a family man to boot–married to actress Rebecca Rigg since 1998 with three children (fellow Aussies Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts are Godmothers).
