Actress Famke Janssen is probably best known for her unusual name (means “little girl” in her native Dutch) and her role as Dr. Jean Grey/Phoenix in the blockbuster X-Men film series. But we can’t forget her as the seductive and manipulative life coach, Ava Moore, in the wildly popular FX television series Nip/Tuck. Famke’s flawless beauty is undeniable–her resume also includes former Bond girl (Golden Eye) and model for luxe fashion houses like Yves Saint Laurent and Chanel. Academy Award winner Anna Paquin and her True Blood costar Stephen Moyer announced their engagement less than one month ago yet have already done the deed! The couple, who had been dating since filming the pilot episode for their über-popular HBO vampire series in 2007, wed on August 21, 2010 in a tent at a private residence across the street from the beach in Malibu. That’s about as far away from Bon Temps, Louisiana as you could get!
It’s obvious that Anna keeps herself in shape, and here she is hitting the pavement in a pair of Carrera sunglasses.

Let’s face it, Demi Moore just gets better with age. She’s a testiment that good plastic surgery IS possible. She’s got more than two decades in the biz under her belt and has weathered the highs (Ghost, A Few good Men, Indecent Proposal, GI Jane, Vanity Fair/Annie Liebowitz nude photo shoot while seven months prego) and the lows (Striptease, Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, The Scarlet Letter). But most importantly, she defined what it means to be a “Cougar” and brought it to the forefront of pop culture when she snatched up hottie Ashton Kutcher–who is 15 years her junior. She still easily puts girls half her age to shame everywhere she goes–especially in these glam Tom Ford sunglasses. Choose from six frame/lens combos. Girlfriend owns it and flaunts it. –rpuccia

Ben Affleck’s better half Jennifer Garner already has her hands full caring for two little ones, and Hollywood gossip websites are speculating that baby number three is on the way despite the fact that Jenn keeps denying the claims. Seems like the baby bump rumors are plaguing dozens of other celebs these days though, so who knows? We’re all guilty of wearing loose-fitting tops every now and then if we gain a few pounds—no one wants a muffin top!
Jennifer’s currently filming a remake of the 1981 comedy Arthur and her new movie Butter will be out in 2011. Here she is in a fun plastic pair of Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses—and a loose-fitting top, cough cough.

Coming from the loins of two of the most famous and talented actors in Hollywood has got to have some perks, right. When you’re 12-year-old Jaden Smith–son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith–those perks included a starring role in one of this summer’s top-grossing films, the remake of 1984’s Karate Kid. And don’t get us wrong, he’s not all about sitting back and being handed the brass ring–he’s got some real acting chops. He made his film debut in the 2006 film The Pursuit of Happiness, also starring dad, Will. He scooped up an MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance for the role. Jaden also seems to have inherited his dad’s musical talent, lending his rapping skills alongside Justin Bieber in the title track for the Karate Kid film “Never Say Never.” It’s no surprise that he’s a bit of a mini style maven, as well–love it when he unbraids his signature corn-rows revealing a wild, explosive coif of curls. He takes the red carpet in these ultra-hip two-tone Ray Ban Wafarer II sunglasses–available in three frame colors/prints. A star is born. –rpuccia

Although being President of the United States makes him one of the most powerful men in the world, Barack Obama is still a normal guy when it comes to protecting his peepers. Here he is sporting a regular white T-shirt and a pair of RayBans, one of the most popular brands of sunglasses in the—sorry, in his—country.
These metal frames are available in six different color combinations, so you’ll be sure to find a pair to suit your needs. Although they were created with men in mind, this sporty style could just as easily be worn by women. That said, don’t be surprised if First Lady Michelle Obama is seen borrowing her husband’s shades!

When you’ve been continually shaping (or re-shaping as the case may be) pop culture for over three decades, you’d think one would experience just a tad of burn out. Not Madonna. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has sold more than 300 million records worldwide and is recognized as the world’s top-selling female recording artist of all time by the Guinness World Records. She does, however, seem to be passing on some of the “style” reigns to 13-year-old daughter, Lourdes (Lola), who co-designed their newest clothing line venture–Material Girl–which just launched a couple weeks ago at Macy’s. The Junior’s collection is a real throw-back to the 80’s (of course) with a bit of an updated flair. And apparently Lola is a frequent “raider” of mum’s closet. Can you imagine having an all-access pass to Madge’s closet? Insane! Madonna rocks a pair of slammin’ cat-eye Christian Dior shades which come in four chic frame hues. All hail to the queen of pop. –rpuccia

Twenty-four year old Gossip Girl Michelle Trachtenberg made her television debut at the tender age of three in a commercial for laundry detergent, and her film career began when she landed the lead in the big-screen adaptation of the children’s book Harriet the Spy. She is also well-known for her roles in the WB series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and teen comedy EuroTrip.
More recently, she joined the cast of NBC drama Mercy and appeared in the 2009 film 17 Again. Reports began circulating that Michelle is dating singer/songwriter/notorious playboy John Mayer but her rep has denied the claim. So is Michelle getting cozy with Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson’s ex? Her body is definitely a wonderland, and her sunglasses aren’t bad either—these Gucci glasses are hot!

So you wanna feel like an A-lister, so fricken’ bad? Slip on a pair of Ray Ban Original Wayfarers. Done. Hot celeb sunglasses styles come and go, but the Wayfarer has proven to have serious staying power. What’s the story behind these iconic shades with the distinct shape, oversized metal hinges and traditional Ray Ban signature logo on sculpted temples? The Wayfarer design has been manufactured by Ray Ban since 1952. The style enjoyed early popularity in the 50s and 60s, especially after they were worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 classic film Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Though the sunglasses had somewhat faded from the limelight by the 1970s, they saw a mega-resurgence in the 80s. Who can forget ingenious marketing product placements in films like Risky Business (“Looks like the University of Illinois!”) and the beginning of the Madonna era when Wayfarers were a staple accessory in her videos, movies and the red carpet (ahh the memories). Wayfarers were brought out of the shadows and into official style icon status. Today, Wayfarers are quite simply the most recognizable style in sunglasses and often cited as the best-selling design of sunglasses in history.
Since the mid-2000s, Ray Ban has continued to introduce a new take on the old classic. The same retro model, but in “yummy” contemporary colors–solid and two-tone–that enable the wearer to express their own style and personality like blue, lime, orange, yellow, purple, red, and pink. Ray Ban also offers prints, with the latest being their limited edition “Rare Prints” including subway map, kaleidoscope-like florals, comic strip, tie dye, and multi-colored buttons.
A symbol of youth, fashion and creativity for over 50 years that has endeared itself to Hollywood celebrities, musicians and artists, the Ray Ban Original Wayfarer has solidified its iconic status for years to come. –rpuccia
